New tenancy safety checklist for Scottish landlords
Before a new tenant moves into a private let in Scotland, you need to be registered, have a current EICR, PAT testing, a gas safety record, a legionella risk assessment, the right interlinked alarms and an EPC, and give the tenant their copies. Print this page and tick each item off.
We're a free matching service. If anything on the list needs booking, the form at the bottom passes each check to a suitable local specialist.
